These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and r3r3 ("r3r3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://r3r3.cam and all associated sub-pages, services and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the r3r3 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, policies or rules that are referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on r3r3, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction and/or the laws of your country or region of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, scripts and automated systems are prohibited from registering or using Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been self-excluded from r3r3 or any associated platform, or be subject to any self-exclusion order from any gambling authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of r3r3 or any affiliated entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the r3r3 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension and/or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. You must notify r3r3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact email at registration. r3r3 relies on this information for identity verification, KYC compliance and fraud prevention. Material inaccuracies may result in Account suspension and delayed or refused withdrawals.

You agree to use the r3r3 Platform solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. In particular, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Access the Platform only from jurisdictions where such access is not prohibited.
• Not attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures implemented on the Platform.
• Not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Not introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code to the Platform.
• Not use any automated tools, scripts, crawlers or data-extraction software to access or harvest information from the Platform without express written consent from r3r3.
• Accept that all bets are placed for entertainment purposes and with full personal financial responsibility.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the r3r3 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

r3r3 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in instances of suspected error, suspicious betting patterns, technical faults or breach of these Terms. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform.

6.3 Odds and Prices

Odds and prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. r3r3 presents odds in decimal format by default. Live betting odds move in real time based on event conditions; r3r3 is not responsible for odds changes that occur between the moment you initiate a bet and the moment it is processed.

6.4 Cricket, PSL & Sports Coverage

r3r3 covers a wide range of sporting events including Pakistan home series, PSL (Pakistan Super League) T20 matches, ICC World Cup and Champions Trophy events, international football leagues and UFC fight cards. All sports markets are offered subject to these Terms and the specific market rules applicable to each event. r3r3 is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL, ICC or any other sporting body.

6.5 Casino Game Fairness

Casino games on r3r3 are operated using certified random number generation systems sourced from third-party game providers. RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on game descriptions are provided by the respective game providers and are illustrative only — they represent long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by r3r3 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible new or existing registered users only, subject to verification.
• One bonus per person, household, IP address and/or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Real-money funds in your Balance are used before bonus funds unless the Platform specifically states otherwise.
• r3r3 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and partially wagered will be honoured subject to its original terms.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered (for example, a deposit match up to PKR 25,000 or any other specified amount), the specific minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, eligible game categories and expiry period will be stated on the individual offer page. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing users only. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility — refer to the specific offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

r3r3 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, coordinating with other accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where abuse is detected, r3r3 reserves the right to void the bonus, related winnings and to close the Account.

8.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. r3r3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance subject to processing times associated with the selected method. r3r3 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Payment references on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are mentioned for contextual familiarity only. These names do not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement of gambling by those payment providers, and actual payment method availability is subject to change.

8.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section. Processing timelines depend on the method selected and may range from a few hours to several business days. r3r3 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

8.3 Currency

The Platform references Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for illustrative pricing and threshold examples. Actual account currency and applicable exchange rates will be confirmed during registration and within the cashier section of the Platform.

r3r3 is required to operate KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in accordance with applicable international compliance standards. At various points during your use of the Platform — including but not limited to first withdrawal, large-value transactions or periodic review — you may be requested to provide:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, driving license).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or statement from your Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation, in cases where transactions exceed defined thresholds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of your Account and/or delay or refusal of withdrawal requests. KYC data is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in bad faith, including coordinated low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonus funds to cash.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-Fixing or Insider Betting: Using insider information about a sporting event or participating in any scheme to fix sporting outcomes.

• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with payment providers for deposits already used for gambling.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to place bets without express written authorisation from r3r3.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r3r3, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

r3r3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages or events beyond r3r3's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. r3r3 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

Gambling involves financial risk. r3r3 does not guarantee any winnings and expressly disclaims any representations — express or implied — that you will profit from using the Platform. All betting and gaming activity is undertaken entirely at your own financial risk.

All content, design elements, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software on the r3r3 Platform are the exclusive property of r3r3 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from r3r3.

The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data is governed by the r3r3 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. r3r3 processes personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, platform improvement and, where consent is given, marketing communications.

r3r3 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and actively promotes responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered users and may be accessed through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts once a session time threshold is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

r3r3 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — that is, where they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — r3r3 will provide notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless legal or regulatory requirements necessitate immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 17.

17.1 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting r3r3 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Real-money balances remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and pending no outstanding disputes or investigations.

17.2 Closure by r3r3

r3r3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in instances of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or AML concerns; inability to complete KYC verification; a User's jurisdiction making gambling unlawful; or at the direction of a competent regulatory authority. In cases of Account closure due to Terms breach, r3r3 reserves the right to retain balances pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balances.
