Creating an r3r3 account takes just a few minutes. Click the Register button on the homepage, fill in your full legal name, date of birth, email address and choose a secure password. You will receive a verification email to confirm your address. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. Make sure all information matches your CNIC or passport to avoid delays during KYC verification later.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use r3r3, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. r3r3 enforces mandatory age verification for all users. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately and relevant funds are handled in accordance with applicable law. No. r3r3 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different identity — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact [email protected] for assistance recovering it rather than creating a new one.

r3r3 requires a government-issued photo ID — your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is accepted. You will also need proof of your residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. Payment method ownership evidence may also be requested before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link and enter your registered email address. r3r3 will send a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, set a new strong password — at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols — and log back in. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact [email protected] for direct assistance.

Deposits & Withdrawals 5 Questions

r3r3 supports a range of payment options familiar to Pakistani players. These include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and the Raast instant payment system. These names are referenced for contextual familiarity — actual method availability is confirmed at the cashier, and payment providers referenced do not endorse or affiliate with gambling activities.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. Amounts are shown in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for the convenience of Pakistani players. We recommend checking the cashier for the most current minimums, as thresholds can be updated from time to time to reflect platform policies or payment provider requirements.

Withdrawal processing depends on the payment method. r3r3's internal review typically takes up to 24 hours on business days. After that, funds are dispatched to your provider. HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days. Mobile wallet withdrawals via Easypaisa or JazzCash are generally faster. KYC must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, outstanding wagering requirements on an active bonus, a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal methods, or an ongoing security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours beyond the stated timeframe, contact [email protected] with your account details and transaction reference. Our team will investigate and update you promptly.

In most cases, r3r3 requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Yes. All r3r3 bonuses carry a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Once a bonus expires, unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. There is no extension available after expiry, so plan your play accordingly and read the terms before accepting any offer.

Yes. If you prefer to play without bonuses, you can update your marketing and promotions preferences in your account settings to opt out. Opting out means future deposits will not automatically attract bonus credit. This setting can be changed at any time. r3r3 follows industry-standard security protocols for handling payment information. Full payment credentials are not stored on r3r3 servers — payment processing is handled through certified third-party processors under contractual data protection obligations. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and always logging out after sessions on shared or public devices.

To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" from your registered email address. Specify the period you need — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent. Self-exclusion is activated with no waiting period. During exclusion, your account is fully suspended, no marketing is sent, and the account cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period expires. Funds in your account can be withdrawn.

r3r3 provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, single bet caps, session time limits with automatic alerts or logouts, cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) and full self-exclusion.
